Description:

  • Design and build foundational platform services for Fieldguide, enhancing speed, safety, and consistency in delivering capabilities.
  • Operate as a technical leader, defining standards and reducing complexity for product, AI, and infrastructure engineers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in product-facing platforms or foundational application services.
  • Strong experience in designing APIs, services, and shared systems, with fluency in modern cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across teams.
