Description:

  • Lead projects and initiatives on the Fraud Decisioning team to enhance fraud fighting capabilities.
  • Build tools and systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven decisions to improve fraud deciders' performance.

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
  • Experience in architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product, ML, Analytics, and Business.
  • Ability to synthesize complex requirements into high-quality system designs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
