Description:
- Owner is an AI-native system designed to help local business owners, starting with restaurants, succeed by integrating various operational tools.
- The Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Grader) will own the backend of Grader, a product that provides restaurant health reports, and will be responsible for building a scalable and resilient backend infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with backend services in production.
- Proven experience in building and operating data pipelines, third-party integrations, and async processing systems at scale.
- Track record of improving system reliability and operational health.
- Experience in a product-focused startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
