Description:

  • Join Affirm's Recoveries team to build a platform for recovering value from charged-off loans while enhancing customer experience.
  • Define the technical direction of the Recoveries platform, focusing on decisioning capabilities, data integrity, and recovery products.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in backend technologies (Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in designing and operating correctness-sensitive systems and architecting solutions across complex systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
