Description:

  • IntusCare is an end-to-end ecosystem for PACE programs, enhancing care delivery and compliance.
  • The Staff Software/Data Engineer will lead the technical direction of the ELT platform, focusing on high-impact problems and mentoring engineers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software/data engineering experience with technical leadership.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, Airflow, dbt, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Experience in data platform architecture, HIPAA compliance, and reliability engineering.
  • Strong judgment in AI-assisted development and a quality-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to engineering challenges.
