The Staff Software Engineer will work in a small, focused team, owning the full lifecycle of initiatives from problem framing to production.

Requirements:

Experience with AI coding agents and a strong understanding of prompts, evals, and review workflows.
Proven ability to make technical decisions and ship high-quality code, with a focus on metrics and outcomes.
Proficiency in at least one technology stack (PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/React, etc.) and credible production experience.
