Description:

  • The Staff Software Engineer (IC4) on HR Service Delivery designs, builds, ships, and operates model-driven capabilities for agentic and conversational experiences in HR.
  • Responsibilities include building AI-native capabilities, designing autonomous workflows, authoring agentic instructions, and ensuring quality and reliability in production.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full stack).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js, React, API integration, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI features, NLU, conversational AI systems, and production AI integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
