Description:

  • Design, build, and operate AI-native capabilities for HR Service Delivery, focusing on agentic and conversational experiences.
  • Own AI design decisions across the domain, ensuring correctness and quality of outputs.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full stack).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js, React, API integration, and automated testing (unit + integration).
  • Experience with AI/GenAI features, NLU, and conversational AI systems.
  • Familiarity with production AI integration and operational experience in CI/CD and observability.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
