ProSidian is seeking a Systems Engineer - Senior -- UX Consultant for IT Effectiveness in Software Engineering & Web Applications.
The position is full-time and can be performed remotely, with an estimated 2080 hours of standard time and no overtime.
The role involves providing services and support as a Systems Engineer focusing on IT Services Solutions for clients in the Government and Public Services Sector, particularly the National Park Service (NPS).
Responsibilities include consulting on user experience (UX) design to ensure systems are user-friendly and optimized.
The position is aligned under services related to NAICS: 541519 and may convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.
Requirements:
Candidates must have senior-level user experience (UX) consulting experience in IT projects.
Required certifications include CompTIA Security+ or CISSP and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Candidates should possess expertise in systems administration and provide tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support.
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science is required, along with advanced certifications.
Candidates should demonstrate competencies in change management, teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication, motivation, agility, judgment, and organization.
Federal government experience is preferred.
