Description:

Lead a small, high-performing team of engineers while remaining a hands-on contributor.
Accountable for team delivery, health, and growth, partnering closely with Product and Design.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript.
1+ year of direct team leadership experience managing a small engineering team (2+ people).
Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend patterns.
Strong experience with Node.js, including GraphQL schema design.
Advanced TypeScript proficiency, comfortable with complex types and generics.
Ability to facilitate team decisions and drive alignment.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Active use of AI coding assistants for development and debugging.
Strong communication skills in English, comfortable in a remote, cross-timezone team.
