Description:

Seeking a Senior Full-Stack (.NET + React) Developer, Technical/Team Lead in Poland, Croatia, or EU.
Work with a leading British-American insurance broker specializing in risk management and investment banking solutions.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, .NET 8.
3+ years of experience with React and JavaScript.
Experience with Azure native microservices architecture & Azure services (e.g., key vault, AKS).
Knowledge of security protocols: OAuth 2.0 (OKTA).
Experience with containers (Kubernetes, Docker).
Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs using minimal API approach.
Good knowledge of CI/CD based on DevOps services, IaC (Terraform).
Experience in Unit Testing using XUnit/Nunit.
Familiarity with DDD (Data Driven Design) and canonical APIs.
Experience with databases (MS SQL, Redis Cache).
Understanding of API management and Datadog.
Experience in regulated or high-scale environments with reliability/SLA ownership.
Prior technical leadership experience.
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
