Description:

Lead a team to develop new components within a large-scale fintech data platform focused on blockchain integration.
Work across a complex, multi-system environment with 20+ internal services and 15+ external integrations.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend and distributed systems development experience.
Strong practical experience with blockchain-integrated systems and enterprise architecture design.
Proven ability to define and deliver end-to-end blockchain architecture and integration strategy.
Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architecture.
Experience as a Technical/Team Lead with end-to-end ownership of delivery and technical decisions.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
