Description:

  • Lead the technical direction and evolution of Stellic's new product, Explore, aimed at helping prospective and transfer students plan their academic pathways.
  • Establish foundational patterns for a multi-tenant architecture, ensuring scalable data management across institutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of backend or full stack engineering experience with a track record of leading complex implementations.
  • Experience building and scaling 0→1 and 1→10 product surfaces.
  • Strong judgment in architectural decisions in evolving domains and experience with multi-tenant concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database optimization (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
