Description:

Lead a team responsible for building, evolving, and operating Pismo’s core data platform capabilities (batch and streaming).
Ensure data services are reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient, enabling high-quality data products.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and strong software engineering background in distributed systems.
Professional experience with Golang or Python, and strong SQL skills.
Based in Brazil and proficient in English (B2+ or equivalent).
