The role involves being a founding Engineering Manager and Technical Lead, responsible for shaping the technical vision and building the engineering team.

Requirements:

7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams.
Proven track record in building and scaling backend systems, particularly in financial or transactional contexts.
Experience with third-party integrations and modern tech stacks.
Strong data modeling skills and comfort with audit trails and systems of record.
