Description:

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management applications.
Conduct business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration, and deployment.

Requirements:

4 to 8 years of Oracle experience with extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Experience in Time and Labor and Absence Management modules; familiarity with other HCM Cloud modules is a plus.
Proven track record of 3+ Oracle Cloud HCM project implementations including hands-on configuration.
Strong business communication and client-facing skills.
Oracle Certified in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management module.
