Description:

  • Lead the architecture for AI agent workflows, ensuring reliability and quality in production environments.
  • Work on Forge, Lattice, and Stratum to build and extend systems for production deployments.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in building production AI or data systems at scale.
  • Deep hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures and strong Python skills.
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with RAG architectures and deploying LLM-powered systems in enterprise contexts.
  • Strong understanding of LLM failure modes and production instincts.
