Description:

  • Contract role for a Business Analyst / Knowledge Architect at Alto Software Group (ASG) for 6 months, must work from the UK.
  • Responsible for discovering workflows for AI transformation and structuring organizational knowledge for AI systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven business analysis experience in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong skills in process mapping and discovery (BPMN or similar).
  • Experience in knowledge management or information architecture, including taxonomies and content structuring.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and RAG awareness is highly desirable.
  • Experience with documentation platforms like Confluence or Notion.
  • Working data literacy; SQL knowledge is desirable.
