The AI Engineering Lead will drive the next generation of generative AI capabilities for Raspberry’s creative intelligence platform.
This role involves owning the development of creative AI tools, including image generation, editing, and design workflows.
The AI Engineering Lead will define how models, orchestration, and evaluation work together to deliver reliable design experiences for customers.
The position requires collaboration at the intersection of research, engineering, and product to enhance creativity and collaboration in the fashion ecosystem.
Requirements:
A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience in applied ML roles is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in applied machine learning or adjacent research-to-product roles, with at least 3+ years leading significant technical projects or acting as a tech lead.
Applied technical depth in areas such as computer vision for generation/editing, diffusion or generative model adaptation, and multimodal prompting is necessary.
Strong practical experience with generative image and/or video models, including modern diffusion or multimodal models in production systems, is required.
Experience training and evaluating models on cloud GPU platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and integrating external model APIs is essential.
Proven ability to take AI research to production, balancing innovation, performance, and maintainability, is a must.
Proficiency in using and tuning multimodal LLMs for prompting, routing, and evaluation workflows is required.
Familiarity with LLMs, CLIP-like architectures, and multimodal embeddings is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with designers, engineers, and business leaders.
A passion for creative AI and its transformative potential in design workflows is required.
