Description:

  • Umpisa Inc. is seeking a hands-on AI Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale their AI platform.
  • The role involves collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to design GPU environments and automate deployments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Infrastructure/Cloud Engineering & IAM.
  • Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems and leading technical teams.
  • Strong architectural, documentation, and systems design skills.
  • Knowledge of AI workload optimization and experience with hyperscale cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with vector databases, ANN indexing techniques, and LLM inference optimization.
  • Security-first engineering approach and experience building enterprise-ready cloud services.
