Description:

• The AI Software Developer position is fully remote, with a location preference for candidates residing in the contiguous United States.
• The role involves creating AI-powered analysis and simulation using the Iris platform to enhance mission performance.
• Responsibilities include designing, crafting, and optimizing prompts for large language models to generate accurate and creative outputs.
• The candidate will be responsible for moving AI initiatives from prototypes to operational systems, ensuring measurable business outcomes while maintaining performance and ethical standards.
• The role requires architecting scalable infrastructures for high-throughput, low-latency operations and owning AI solutions from design to deployment and monitoring.
• The developer will engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for agentic AI and translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
• The position demands a deep understanding of AI design patterns and the development of frameworks for integrating multiple AI models and tools.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience and 2 years in AI system development, with at least six months focused on prompt engineering or agentic AI architectures is required.
• The candidate must be an expert in Python and proficient with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages for agentic AI engineering is necessary.
• Experience with Cloud platform infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, is required.
• A proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments is essential.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms to ensure efficient AI system performance is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
