Description:

Own the design, measurement quality, and domain validity of datasets for financial AI models.
Collaborate with a team to ensure datasets are domain-valid, statistically defensible, and compliant.

Requirements:

5+ years of data science experience, with 2+ years in financial services or a regulated data environment.
Strong knowledge of financial data, workflows, and unstructured/multimodal financial data.
Experience designing datasets for ML and familiarity with financial standards (e.g., XBRL, GAAP).
Proficient in Python and SQL, with statistical literacy and collaboration skills.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; finance credentials preferred.

Competitive salary range of $150,000 – $175,000 USD per year.
