Requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, and the JVM ecosystem.
Proven experience migrating Java backend codebases to Kotlin.
Familiarity with Spring (Boot) or similar frameworks (e.g., Quarkus, Micronaut, Ktor).
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Developer Advocacy).
Ability to design Kotlin adoption strategies for backend applications and experience with common architectural patterns.
