Requirements:

Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, and integrations.
Experience building services at meaningful scale for real customers or internal operations.
Strong debugging, reliability, security, and data quality mindset.
Ability to make trade-offs between speed, correctness, scalability, and maintainability.
Fintech experience is a plus but not required if fundamentals are strong.
