Description:
- Join a fast-moving, VC-backed insurtech startup building an AI-native platform for insurance agencies.
- Take full ownership of features from design to deployment and production support.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js for building and maintaining production APIs.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience with event-driven workflows using queue-based systems or workflow engines (e.g., Temporal).
- Ability to own features end-to-end, from design to production support.
- Familiarity with AI-native development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production monitoring.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working in a distributed team.
- Nice to have: Experience with NestJS, AWS (RDS, ECS/EKS, Terraform), LLM/agent systems, and background in regulated industries.
Benefits:
- Salary up to $72,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
