Description:

  • Seeking talented AI Backend Engineers to build systems for AI-driven decisioning, automation, and orchestration.
  • Role involves working with models, backend systems, and users to ensure low latency, correctness, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Fully remote position with multiple openings, part of a global engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
  • Experience with high-throughput, low-latency services and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with AI systems (LLMs, embeddings, workflows) and observability tools.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system design principles.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
  • Tech Stack: Docker, Kubernetes, Node.js, NoSQL, Python, SQL, etc.
