Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in building intricate backend systems.
Proficient in SQL and noSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch preferred).
Advanced knowledge of system architecture and database design.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn complex systems quickly.
Experience with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka) and high availability.
Strong knowledge of Node.js and ability to build performant microservices and APIs.
Experience with scalability and performance improvements.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and test-driven development.
Proficient in Docker and container orchestration tools.
Full stack experience, graph databases, and startup experience are a plus.
