Description:

  • Join the team behind Charisma to build, scale, and stabilize backend services.
  • Work on microservices, integrations, data performance, and system reliability in an agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and Spring Data JPA.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit 5, Mockito).
  • Practical experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Nice to have: AWS experience, Kotlin knowledge, Reactive Programming.
