Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Backend Developer/Engineer to lead the development of backend services for the Charisma solution using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
  • Responsible for designing microservices, ensuring scalability, security, and operational reliability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, and automated testing tools (JUnit 5, Mockito).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and performance/load testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
  • English proficiency (min. B2 level).
