The role involves shaping the technical direction and architecture of the software platform, leading design and development, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
Substantial experience in software development with a focus on complex systems.
Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
Expertise in programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Rust, C++, etc.) and backend development for data-intensive applications.
Experience with databases (Postgres, MySQL) and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
