Description:

  • Transform Operations team value delivery by eliminating manual processes and advocating automation and AI.
  • Design business process workflows and implement automation/AI strategy for Operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation and AI technologies (RPA, intelligent document processing, etc.).
  • Proven ability to streamline and automate sales processes using CRM and integrated tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
  • Experience applying AI principles in enterprise environments with measurable outcomes.
