Description:

  • Join Atmosera as a Cloud Support Administrator in the Cloud Escalations Team, working remotely in the US.
  • Manage Azure Cloud support, incident management, and client service delivery while ensuring compliance with security frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Azure Cloud support experience, with AZ-104 certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to pass US Public Trust background check within 90 days of employment.
