Description:

  • Fully remote position for a Computer Vision Data Engineer based in Latin America (Pacific Time zone).
  • Join Glacier, a Series A startup focused on improving recycling processes and reducing waste through AI-powered technology.
  • Responsibilities include managing image and video dataset lifecycle, designing data pipelines, and building internal tools for dataset creation and curation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Machine Learning experience.
  • 2+ years of software application development, particularly in Python.
  • 2+ years of experience with image or video datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT, workflow orchestration).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with structured data.
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher).

Benefits:

  • Monthly compensation of $2,000-$3,500 based on experience.
  • 15 days of paid time off plus national holidays.
  • $500 for remote setup and $100/month for wellness.
