Description:

  • Act as the technical owner of customer success post-sale, ensuring effective onboarding and deployment of Tyk's API Management platform.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams and proactively identify ways to improve adoption and long-term outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments and a high ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative environments and willing to travel when required.
