Remote Data Engineer

• Responsibilities include developing scalable ETL/ELT processes, designing efficient data models, owning data infrastructure, collaborating with teams, ensuring data quality, and architecting scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
• Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies like Kafka or Kinesis is a plus.
• A builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and working in a small team.
