Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience with AWS services including S3, Athena, EC2, EMR, and Glue.
• The ability to solve ongoing issues with operating the cluster is required.
• Experience with integrating data from multiple data sources is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience with various database technologies such as SQLServer, Redshift, Postgres, and RDS.
• Familiarity with data integration platforms like Pentaho Kettle, SnapLogic, Talend OpenStudio, Jitterbit, Informatica PowerCenter, or similar is required.
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service is essential.
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service are required.
• Experience with collecting, managing, and reporting on large data stores is necessary.
• Awareness of data governance and data quality principles is required.
• Candidates should be well-versed in Business Analytics, including basic metric building and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of integration architecture, including application integration and data flow diagrams, is necessary.
• Familiarity with Web Services such as XML, REST, and SOAP is required.
• Experience with Git or similar version control software is necessary.
• Experience with BI tools such as GoodData, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar is preferred.
• Broad experience with multiple RDBMS including MS SQLServer, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redshift is required.
• Familiarity with SaaS/cloud data systems, such as Salesforce, is necessary.
• Experience in data warehouse design, including star-schemas and change data capture, is required.
• Proficiency in SQL/DDL queries and tuning techniques such as indexing, sorting, and distribution is necessary.
• A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Data Pipeline development using tools like SnapLogic or Datastage, Informatica, or related experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of SQL experience is required, with No-SQL experience being a plus.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines is necessary.
