Description:

Build and maintain data infrastructure for a real-time facility navigation and asset-tracking platform.
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines ensuring high data quality and near-real-time processing.

Requirements:

2–5 years of professional Data Engineering or Software Engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with data pipelines (batch or streaming/ETL-ELT).
Solid SQL and relational database skills; familiarity with event or time-series data is a plus.
Experience integrating with third-party APIs and webhooks.
Comfortable with real-time data processing requirements.
Experience with a major cloud platform (Azure preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast-moving team.
Nice to have: experience with geospatial data, message queues, or background in industrial/logistics/IoT domains.

Remote work opportunity (Portugal-based).
Estimated project duration of 19 weeks.
Full-time schedule of 8 hours per day with mandatory availability for at least 4 hours.
Freelance/Service Agreement with an hourly rate of 31€-33€.
