Description:

  • Lead the Product + Analysis operating model for the Enterprise Data & Information (EDI) team at Stand Together.
  • Design and implement standards, processes, and structures for high-quality data product delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years in Product Management, Product Operations, or similar leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to diagnose operational gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Experience in building product operating models and leading teams through influence.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
