Description:

  • Join FutureFit AI's Data team to build models that connect people to jobs, skills, and pathways.
  • Work on applied data science addressing real workforce problems using labor market data and recommendation systems.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of applied data science experience with a track record of shipping models into production.
  • Experience with jobs-and-skills or workforce data, or closely related data.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and recommendation techniques.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: USD $100,000 to $140,000 (NY) or CAD $110,000 to $155,000 (Toronto).
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel for team gatherings.
