The DevSecOps Engineer will act as a link between development, operations, and security, embedding security controls and best practices into pipelines, automating compliance, and ensuring platform reliability and security.
The role involves participating in architecture discussions, detecting and remediating vulnerabilities, and continuously improving DevSecOps practices.
The position requires collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment with global engineers to ensure security accelerates innovation.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Security Engineering or DevSecOps, preferably in large-scale, customer-facing platforms, with expertise in automation, cloud-native security, and CI/CD.
Ideal candidates are curious problem solvers, collaborators, and excited by the intersection of technology, creativity, and data.
Requirements:
Candidates must have led DevSecOps initiatives in enterprise or high-traffic production environments.
Strong experience with cloud security, primarily in Azure, is required.
Proficiency in CI/CD tooling is essential.
Advanced knowledge of container security and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) is necessary.
Hands-on experience with security scanning tools (Snyk, SonarQube, Trivy, Aqua, Prisma, Checkov, etc.) is required.
Candidates should have implemented monitoring and observability solutions with a security focus (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Fluency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.) for automation is needed.
Experience in IAM, secrets management, and zero-trust principles is essential.
Candidates should be natural mentors, capable of upskilling and guiding other engineers.
