Description:

Collaborate on AI-assisted workflows strategy with product owners, developers, and creatives.
Design and own architecture for AI-powered frameworks and automation across the Studio pipeline.
Define architecture for operational telemetry ingestion, processing, and routing.
Integrate solutions with industry DCC tools and prototype solutions for high-friction tasks.
Define technical standards for AI tooling and evaluate AI frameworks for production stability.
Build a library of reusable AI components and maintain deployed tools based on feedback.
Drive adoption of tools across departments and create training documentation.
Establish metrics for automation impact and report results to leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in production systems, with 2+ years in AI/ML systems.
Hands-on experience in deploying enterprise software in AI or data environments.
Expertise in containerization, orchestration, Python, TypeScript, React, and AI frameworks.
Deep understanding of LLM model integration and automation design.
Proven ability to influence senior engineers and communicate effectively across teams.
Passion for animation, storytelling, or creative production.
2+ years in a Principal, Staff, or Lead role in AI or pipeline automation.
