The Solutions Engineer will work with a driven team to unlock the potential of the voice AI platform for a growing customer base, scaling technical solutions for enterprise customers and improving internal processes.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Account Executives, providing bespoke support to customers, crafting technical demonstrations, creating enablement resources, building self-service tools, and identifying opportunities for productization.

Requirements:

Candidates must be passionate about AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
Enjoyment of working directly with customers and providing tailored support is essential.
A talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled is required.
Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams is necessary.
A strong technical background is needed to assist customers in architecting integrations between solutions.
Experience working with customers is preferred, even if through student clubs or side projects.
Proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns, is required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
