Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Material Security is hiring a Solutions Engineer for SMB and MSP prospects, focusing on customer-facing security roles.
• Responsibilities include running technical discovery, tailored demos, evaluations, and proof steps to help buyers understand Material's relevance.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing security roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Consultant).
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products, especially Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong skills in discovery, demo, and evaluation.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with APIs, scripts, spreadsheets, and no-code tools.
• Proven ability to build useful tools for teammates or customers.
• Good judgment on project scope and timelines.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in email and cloud security.
