Remote Staff Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Support Belvo customers at various stages including pre-sales, integration, launch, and post-launch.
• Develop deep knowledge of Belvo’s product and platform to become a trusted resource.
• Partner with customers to maximize value from solutions, understanding their use cases.
• Analyze customer data to ensure benefits during onboarding.
• Create tailored technical documentation for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in onboarding, pre-sales, or similar roles.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Knowledge of APIs and documentation.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and strong writing skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows.
