Description:

uRun is building an inference cloud for interactive AI, focusing on real-time, stateful inference at scale.
As a founding Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will define the reliability culture, including observability, incident response, and SLOs.

Requirements:

7+ years in site reliability, production engineering, or infrastructure engineering in high-availability environments.
Deep experience with SLOs, error budgets, and on-call processes in production.
Strong observability background with monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Proven incident response experience with real incidents and effective postmortems.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Strong software engineering fundamentals for automation.
Comfortable operating as the first and only SRE, setting standards independently.
