They are hiring a Founding Software Engineer to accelerate features on Arbi and dominate the recruiting software category.
The role involves scaling and evolving core systems, working closely with AI engineers, frontend developers, and product leads.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining backend services using TypeScript, developing REST and GraphQL APIs, managing data with PostgreSQL and Redis, and improving backend performance and reliability.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep knowledge of Node.js and NestJS is required.
Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs is necessary.
Comfort with PostgreSQL, Redis, and caching strategies is expected.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control with Git is essential.
Candidates should value clean architecture, modular codebases, and well-structured data models.
