Description:
- Seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer to lead technical architecture and cross-team alignment at Clutch.
- Role involves defining architecture, making scaling decisions, and enhancing engineering capabilities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in TypeScript (Node.js + React or equivalent).
- Proven track record in shipping major backend infrastructure and large-scale frontend systems.
- Ability to articulate complex system architectures and lead cross-functional technical alignment.
- Experience in reducing complexity and using AI tools strategically in engineering processes.
