The position is remote, available across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).
Responsibilities include driving the product's look and feel, building performant UIs, delivering pixel-perfect designs, increasing development velocity, and owning the frontend experience end-to-end.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong frontend fundamentals, with deep experience in React and TypeScript, and familiarity with Next.js and Vercel.
A high agency background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder is required, demonstrating a builder's mindset and creativity in shipping products.
Pragmatism is essential, with a preference for using the fewest and simplest tools that effectively work.
Candidates should have a strong craft, delivering pixel-perfect implementations and caring about user experience.
Clear, direct, and persuasive communication skills are necessary for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
A growth trajectory is important, with candidates operating above their level and demonstrating rapid growth.
A design sensibility is required, with an appreciation for beautiful products and attention to detail.
Experience in building UIs that maintain performance under load is necessary.
Candidates should have experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch.
