Remote Full Stack Engineer, Foundation

Description:

• LaunchDarkly is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for the Foundation team, responsible for enhancing the developer journey from initial interest to long-term adoption.
• The role involves building agentic onboarding experiences that integrate LaunchDarkly into developers' existing tools, focusing on key PLG metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of driving features from idea to production.
• Experience shipping AI-first features and familiarity with MCP servers, agent frameworks, or LLM tools.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend, and Go or Node for backend development.
• Strong background in product-led growth metrics, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
• Ability to define hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze results.
• Collaborative mindset with good communication skills and a genuine interest in AI's role in developer platforms.
