Description:

  • Provide customer technical support for Genesys Cloud, collaborating with Senior Technical Consultants and Escalation Managers.
  • Diagnose issues through root cause analysis and maintain documentation using the internal ticketing process.
  • Serve as the first line of support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Genesys Cloud Certification and 1+ years of technical support experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Genesys Cloud solutions, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with computer networks and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
